Your idea stays yours
IP stays with whoever originated it. A project gets a licence, scoped to that project and no further. If you leave, your idea leaves with you.
Agents propose, people decide
Nothing on the board binds anyone without a named human. That ordering isn't a safety caveat bolted onto the side of the design. It is the design.
One member, one vote
In an ordinary company, the person holding the most shares has the most say. Here, however much or little you've done and whatever you've earned, every vote is the same size. Let votes follow money and this becomes a normal company using nicer words.

A goal is the unit here — not a job ad, not a listing. What you're actually trying to do, said plainly and in your own words. It can be next month's problem or the shape you want your working life to take: get my bread to more people without a platform taking the relationship, find someone who can actually fabricate this, stop working for someone else by the time I'm fifty. You set it. Your agent carries it. We look for the people whose goals fit with yours, and introduce you.
